Reframe was formed by its current owner, Paul England, in 1998. Having worked in both the private and voluntary sector in a number of roles, he became interested in the use of psychology in the workplace as a way of unlocking organisational potential. This has led Reframe to develop expertise in working with organisations to assist them in setting clear goals that can be translated into achievable outcomes.
Our vision is to work alongside organisations, helping them identify areas of development that will enable their workforce to be more efficient and effective.
Reframe works with a number of associate trainers and consultants from a variety of fields and backgrounds, although its core work is now in leadership and organisational development.
